Mostly for afro long hair but you can also tightly curl asian or caucasian hair and brush out for the texture....no excuses there, be wild.

Images: Google images 'matching nails and lips'. Design by The Bamboo District This is my beauty jam right here. So cute. Apparently it used to be a faux pas in the 80s or something...well good thing we do not live there any more! As for the purple and blue actually being wearable? Hmmm... In my last post I was pining away for the sunshine, to wear a swimsuit and to basically look like a guapa Brazilian. Though after sifting through the interwebs I came across this lovely winter beauty shoot. I am basically loving the dark eyebrows, the shimmery silvers and purples and the really dark and deep near black tresses. These may slightly make me more excited for those winter months, all I need now is an Eskimo hood. Thanks Vogue China for always bringing it!
It's been a few days since I have updated but it just means that I have been busy creating even more fun times that I can post for you all. One thing that I have been doing a bit of which I mentioned in the past was that I was going to be doing some more hairstyling. Saturday and even last night saw me burning my fingers on hot rollers and tongs, prepping for a Magnify UK shoot. Below are some of the images for a Blog post, which you can read on the Magnify Musings blog (www.magnifyuk.com/revv). One girl. Four Styles. I previously visited WAH nails in East London. A pretty cool nail bar where they do a bunch of nail art, and is something quite popular with a few celebribabes. I opted for a tropical vibe (no surprise there) which ended up lasting for ages, never one to have the patience to do an elaborate manicure personally, it's nice to treat yourself once and a while. www.wah-nails.com
If you didn't know I write for a Faith and Lifestyle brand called Magnify. We have a blog, magnifymusings.co.uk which you should definitely check out. Currently knighted as the Fashion and Beauty Editor I sometimes write some of the posts too and here is one of this weeks updates. An interview with Make Up artist Suhyun Kang! Click the the pic on the left to be taken to the article in full. MaMa Bamboo xoxo Nine girls, in Budapest, running around causing havoc. Little would you think it would lead to a tiny little stamp made on the world of UK Department store Selfridges...
I like hairstyling and have helped out in that department on a few projects here and there. I am currently building up on collecting images from shoots I have done and going to mark out a new section on my site dedicated to HAIR. If you have been following my blog for a while you might of remembered my Hair Diaries series in Feb.
Above is some pics from a shoot i was helping out with on Saturday. It's the LAST DAY! I was thinking of doing this style all week and I thought it would be fitting for the final farewell to 'The Hair diaries'. This look has been the bane of my...last few years. I have always wanted to incorporate it to my everyday look but my damn fringe was not having any of it. Though today I persevered and pinned and sprayed to try...The Roll.
